1. Who we are

This website is offered by SDSI Business Systems, Inc., 25060 Hancock Ave #419, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States. Contact: pthomas@sdsinow.com and (951) 461-8490.

2. What we do

SDSI Business Systems, Inc. provides custom Windows and .NET software, managed IT support, and Rapid Estimator, a professional Windows desktop program for construction estimating. Rapid Estimator is licensed for use on the customer’s computers. It is not a hosted estimate vault. Estimate files stay on the customer’s PC. A current subscription is verified against SDSI’s license host as described in the Privacy Notice.

3. This website

You may use this website to learn about SDSI, request a demo, ask for support, and start a remote-support session. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break into it, or use it to send unlawful content. We may change or withdraw pages without notice.

4. Engagements and payment

Custom-software and managed-IT work is done under a written engagement or an accepted quote. Rapid Estimator licenses are personal to the customer named on the order and are purchased on rapidestimator.net. We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot fulfil.

5. Support

Support is provided by telephone, email, on-site visit, and, when you request it, a remote session. Remote support is described in the Privacy Notice and the Data Processing Terms.

6. Privacy and security

How we handle personal data is stated in the Privacy Notice, the Sub-Processors list, the Cookie Notice and the Security Overview. Those documents form part of these terms.

7. Warranties and liability

This website is provided as published. Rapid Estimator is licensed under the terms of the license you accept when you install or renew it. Custom software and managed IT are warranted only as stated in the engagement. To the fullest extent the law of California allows, SDSI Business Systems, Inc. is not liable for lost profits, lost bids, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that California law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Riverside County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes

This is version 1.0, published on 19 August 2026. We publish changes at this address with a new version number and date.
