Custom software

When off-the-shelf software almost fits, SDSI builds the part your business is missing.

Important work trapped in spreadsheets, aging applications, or disconnected tools can become a clearer, supportable system.

Situations SDSI can address

Fragile workarounds

The spreadsheet still works—until it becomes the system everyone is afraid to touch.

Repeated entry

Stop entering the same customer, job, or project information in three places.

Legacy systems

Keep the knowledge in the system while replacing what makes it hard to use and support.

Right-sized software

Build what the workflow requires, not an oversized platform full of unused features.

Four ways in

  • Build a new internal or customer-facing application.
  • Modernize an important legacy system.
  • Connect software that does not communicate cleanly.
  • Extend an existing system with the missing workflow.

Example system types

  • Internal tools
  • Desktop applications
  • Portals and dashboards
  • Field workflows
  • Reporting
  • Integrations

Delivery and support

Work starts by mapping the workflow, then choosing configuration, integration, automation, modernization, or new software. Progress is delivered in reviewable stages. Support follows the agreed engagement.

Questions we can answer now

Can the work be done remotely?

Yes. Custom software, modernization, integrations, websites, hosting, and AI-enabled workflow work are available nationwide. Onsite IT is separate and limited to Murrieta and Temecula.

Is custom software always the answer?

No. SDSI may recommend configuration, integration, conventional automation, AI assistance, modernization, or a simpler fix according to the problem.

Who will do the work?

Customers work with Patrick Thomas and SDSI directly. This site does not describe a large agency staff.

What about existing Microsoft tools?

Microsoft-centered support and integration help are part of technical services. No Microsoft partner or certification claim is published until current status is verified.
